Iorio Trasporti e Logistica S.p.A. promotes an open corporate culture, based on ethics, transparency and responsibility

To this end, Iorio Trasporti e Logistica S.p.A. provides internal channels to report to the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors (hereinafter “Whistleblowing Function”), information relating to company personnel and/or third parties relating to violations of laws and regulations of EU law and national transposition legislation. Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties, reporting any non-compliant behavior, the company is allowed to identify any irregularities and promptly adopt the necessary corrective measures, preventing any economic or reputational damage. These channels are not available for commercial complaints or for disputes and requests related to personal interests.

Who can send a report?

The following can send a report: employees, former employees (in the event that the violation was committed when the individual was still employed by the Company), candidates for job positions, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, partners and, more generally , anyone who is a legitimate bearer of an interest in the corporate activity of Iorio Trasporti e Logistica S.p.A.

The report must be adequately detailed, i.e. it must contain sufficient details to allow the facts reported to be ascertained (e.g. elements that allow the subjects involved to be identified, the context, place and time period of the facts reported and supporting documentation).

Come effettuare una segnalazione?

A report can be sent via:

  • letter via the postal service, to the address of the company’s registered office: Via San Giacomo n. 40, Naples (NA) CAP 80133, to the attention of Dr. Raimondo de Miranda;
  • orally, on the telephone number 081.580.01.02, expressly asking to speak to the Whistleblowing Function.

Within the Whistleblowing Procedure, paragraph 5.3 contains the methods indicated above in detail.

Anyone who receives a report, in any form (written or oral), must transmit it promptly, and in any case within 7 days of receipt, to the Whistleblowing Function, giving simultaneous notice of the transmission to the whistleblower and guaranteeing absolute confidentiality.

Management of reports

The reports are received by the Whistleblowing Function, which can avail itself of the support of the organization’s staff and external experts for in-depth investigation.

Within 7 days of receipt, an acknowledgment of receipt of the report will be given and within 3 months of this notice, feedback will be provided on the follow-up that is given or intended to be given to the report.

Guarantee of confidentiality and protections

Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 n. 24 (implementation of European Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing) introduced a unitary regulation of reporting channels and protections recognized for whistleblowers in the public and private sector.

The reporter, the facilitator and the people involved in the report are guaranteed absolute confidentiality.

Any form of personal or professional retaliation for reporting is not permitted or tolerated. If you believe you have suffered retaliation as a result of reporting, you can report it to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) via the IT platform.

All processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.

Reports to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) via external channel

In the case of:

  • there was no news of receipt and/or feedback on the follow-up given to the report;
  • it is reasonably believed (based on concrete circumstances and information that can actually be acquired) that the internal report will not be followed up effectively;
  • sending the report may lead to retaliation, or that the violation may constitute an imminent or obvious danger to the public interest,

it is possible to send a report to ANAC via the IT platform.
