Iorio Transport and Logistics S.p.A. promotes an open corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and responsibility.
To this end, Iorio Transport and Logistics S.p.A. provides internal channels to report to the Chairman of the Board of Auditors (hereinafter “Whistleblowing Function”), information referring to company personnel and/or third parties relating to violations of laws and regulations of EU Law and national implementing legislation.
Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties, by reporting any non-compliant behavior, the company is allowed to identify any irregularities and promptly adopt the necessary corrective measures, preventing any economic or reputational damage.
These channels are not available for commercial complaints or for disputes and requests linked to personal interests.
The following can submit a report:
employees, former employees (in case the violation was committed when the subject was still employed by the Company), candidates for job positions, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, partners and, more generally, anyone who is a legitimate bearer of an interest in the business activity of Iorio Transport and Logistics S.p.A.
The report must be adequately detailed, i.e. it must contain sufficient details to allow verification of the reported facts (e.g. elements that allow identification of the subjects involved, the context, place and time period of the reported facts and supporting documentation).
You can submit a report through:
- Paper letter via postal service, to the address of the company’s registered office: Via San Giacomo n. 40, Naples (NA) ZIP 80133, attention of Dr. Raimondo de Miranda;
- Orally, at telephone number 081.580.01.02, expressly asking to speak with the Whistleblowing Function.
- Within the Whistleblowing Procedure, paragraph 5.3 details the methods indicated above.
Anyone who receives a report, in any form (written or oral), must transmit it promptly, and in any case within 7 days of receipt, to the Whistleblowing Function, giving simultaneous notice of the transmission to the reporter and guaranteeing absolute confidentiality.
Reports are received by the Whistleblowing Function, which can make use of the support of organization personnel and external experts for investigative insights.
Within 7 days of receipt, an acknowledgment of receipt of the report will be given and within 3 months of such notice, feedback will be provided on the follow-up that is given or intended to be given to the report.
Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 n. 24 external channel (implementation of European Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing) has introduced a unified discipline of reporting channels and protections recognized to reporters in the public and private sectors. The reporter, facilitator and persons involved in the report are guaranteed absolute confidentiality.
No form of personal or professional retaliation due to the report made is permitted or tolerated. If you believe you have suffered retaliation because of the report, you can report it to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) through the IT Platform.
All processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with personal data protection regulations.
To learn more, consult the Whistleblowing Procedure.
In case:
- You have no notice of receipt and/or feedback on the follow-up given to the report;
- You reasonably believe (based on concrete circumstances and actually obtainable information) that the internal report will not be effectively followed up;
- Sending the report may result in retaliation, or the violation may constitute an imminent or obvious danger to the public interest,
it is possible to submit a report to ANAC through the IT Platform.
On the ANAC website there is a list of Third Sector Entities that provide reporters with support measures (information, assistance and consultancy free of charge on reporting methods and protection from retaliation).
